An LA restaurant parking attendant claims that Miss Cyrus hit his parked car. TMZ spoke to his attorney who said Miley claimed the white mercedes benz she was driving belonged to her boyfriend, but it's registered to her mom. Miley left her phone number with the parking attendant, whose Camry was totaled, and then sped off. The attendant didn't file a police report at the time, but his lawyer said he plans to do so today. But its not a hit and run because she left contact info.

An Australian boy on vacation with his family took a celebrity tour on wednesday and saw Mileys house. He wanted to get a sneak peek at her home so he wrote down the address and returned later that day. As he approached the house, a police car drove by and noticed him. He was then taken back to his hotel where his parents were at and no charges were filed.

Sources have confirmed that Miley and Liam are back together!

Weeks after announcing their split, the pair went out for coffee the other day, sparking rumors that the two had reconciled.

The two met on the set of their movie The Last Song, in June of last year. They dated for over a year until just weeks ago rumors of him cheating went around and when asked if she had a comment on the story for Star magazine she reportedly broke it off between the two. Another story was Miley was too focused on her career, filming her new movie LOL: Laughing Out Loud, and planing a promotional tour in Europe for her new single Who Owns My Heart, Miley just didn't have time for him and thats just not what he wanted.

While we don't know the truth, Miley is said to look happier now thats she is hanging out with Liam again. We hope the best for you two!
